Please arrive at least 15 minutes early before your first appointment in order to complete the necessary health questionnaires.

Payment is due at the time of treatment. Full payment will be billed for missed appointments and appointments cancelled without a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.  

If you arrive late for the treatment your therapist may not be able to extend your treatment beyond the agreed time, but you will still be charged for the full treatment.

We encourage clients to give feedback to the therapist during the treatment It is important for the therapist to gauge the effectiveness of the treatment.

Gifted Hands reserves the right to terminate a treatment or refuse to carry out a treatment if there is any question of the therapist’s professionalism being compromised.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment.
